Advise please. I have a 2006 Bailey Pagaent and am on my second mains battery charger. I have just been given a ctek xs 7000 charger which I would like to fit to my van. What is the best way of disabling the standard fitted charger in order not to have both operating?

Dont know the specific charger you have but two universal options are removing the "mains" fuse or the mains supply that might even be as simple as removing the mains plug from it.

You need to isolate it getting mains but ensure it is still available for distribution of the 12 VDC.

Just a point of caution however the CTek will push out about 14.4 VDC at times, this might be too high for some DC equipments which is why most built in chargers are limited to 13.8 volts. However the CTek will be excellent at servicing your battery.
