Hello Hazzar,Staffordshire is a large County,can you be a bit more specific. I may be able to help you with some of my trade contacts. I am a retired Upholsterer/Motor Trimmer and have done a lot of work in the past on anything and everthing that required the cutting/sewing/upholstery/trimming skills.
 
Have you tried the Staffordshire mobile cushion repair people,they repaired our cushion at our home,they even brought a cushion jack but didn't need it.
After repair was completed they gave the cushion a new M.O.T. so comfy cusion for the next two years! (it's an MOT every two years for cushions)
 
Belfield Furnishings Debyshire (ilkeston). They manufacture the new stuff and can help with repairs. Don't know the url but you can google.
