Damage to side of van

Last weekend during the storm our awing collapsed and caused the centre pole hook to go through the side of the caravan leaving a hole in the side about the size of a 5p does anyone know if this can be repaired by filling or will the whole side have to be replaced.

Just fill the hole with silicone sealant and put a suitable sticker or reflector over it. If you use a reflector, put another on the offside of the van in the same spot to make them look symetrical.

Beware of caravans with 24 reflectors down each side!! ???

About a year ago we had a dent in the side about 50mm in dia about 5mm deep we took it to 'Caravan Medic' we had a little troble with the local one (didn't seem interested) however we found one in Swadlicote in Derbyshire he did it in the same day and I defy anyone to discover where the dent was when he had finished, cost about £40-50, hope this helps
