Damp in front corner- advice please

Hi, we have just found a small damp patch on the inside corner at the front of our Abi Monza. It is a fairly old van and we think the water has come in through the seal which runs underneath the main front window. We have cleared the area to dry it out, and my hubby is going to re-seal once dry but were wondering which is the best sealant to use if any?

You need to remove th erail, clean off all the old sealer and apply Soudall Fixall, new stainless steel screws and new rail infill strip.
