Have a man coming out from a caravan clinic, highly recommended by the caravan club wardens up here, to test and let me know how bad the damp is in my 14 year old caravan. Only bought it in May with no obvious signs of damp but last week proved otherwise.

Van is sitting in the carpark at work looking very lost and lonely so please wish me luck and keep your fingers and whatever else will cross crossed that it isnt too bad. Otherwise I will be the one on site next year with a caravan held together with Duct Tape! Can I still come to the rally if its held with duct tape?

Thanks for that.

Starting to think the same thing. If I had not taken the van out in last week's horredous weather I would have been none the wiser and quite happy. Think I will re seal it myself with the sealant I have and be happy with what I have got and stick to using it from Easter through to September if the weather forecast is okay.
