Dealing with uncoperative companies (insurance - or others )

I'm not with E & L but they do seem to be causing problems to many of you. Having been almost driven to weeping frustration by snotty school child types, non available managers and being tied up in acres of small print in other industries I have discovered - cue fanfare - Trading Standards Man. Find out the number of Trading Standards local to E & L and don't be too surprised in their comment is along the lines of "Oh, them again" The service is free to you and, on the two occasions I have used them, they seemed to take great pleasure in sorting problems on their patch.
 
can i recommend this company. I got the number from adverts on Ebay .

they are really good on insurance for caravan and motorhomes and very helpful too .
