Delaminated window repair advice

Hi Folks

I posted a few weeks ago that our the nearside front window of our
Bailey Senator(2006) had delaminated on one side and that I was
concerned about towing home from France with this. I taped up the
window with duct tape and it was okay for our journey home.

I've subsequently been researching solutions to this problem.

My service engineer says that there are no suitable windows available on the Bailey website currently.

This leaves several possibilities:

(1) A second hand window from a breakers

(2) Exhaust Ejector Co. Ltd who advertise window repairs

(3) Rebonding the window myself on a DIY basis with a specialist glue

(Following Cary's recent unemployment and my recent retirement, we are
pretty hard up so this alternative is becoming increasingly attractive)

My internet research has turned up 2 possible adhesives which seem to be
suitable for doing this job. I was wondering if anyone has done this
job and has any advice, etc. The adhesives I have seen are:

Bondrite S1225

Bondrite S1220

Tradeweld Crystal

Hi Tim, If you decide not to do your own repair, then I can speak very highly of the Exhaust Ejector Company. They are quite a small family run business, near(ish) to us, and we had a large single front window replaced by them. It's excellent - you wouldn't know it's a replacement, and the price wasn't extortionate. They said it was one of the largest they had ever done! They do operate a 'collection and delivery' service - but of course that means taking out the window yourself. I don't know anyone who's has a delamination repair done, but I imagine it would be done equally as professionally.
Our local dealer uses them for all his window repairs, and we'd already had a quote from them for the repair, but we found they had put a massive amount on top of the cost of the actual window, for the small amount of work involved in taking out the window and replacing it!

BlImey, I've just looked on Bailey's online shop at the only window listed for a Senator (1000x500). At £492.80 plus shipping for what is essentially 2 sheets of blown plastic I would definitely be looking elsewhere!
