Delemere Forest

We are visiting 'Go Ape' in Delemere Forest and need a caravan park nearby - does anyone know of one? The caravan & Camping club site is full on the dates we want. Regards

Linda,

If you have no children there is a site called Lamb Cottage which isn't that far away. They have a web site which you can Google. We've stopped on it a few times & it is a high standard.

Hi, the Caravan Club, The Cheshire Oaks site is about 15 mins away if your a member.

Also the Forest View Pub Oakmere Delamere, is nearby. Ive never stayed there but i cycle passed everyday and it has cracking views and handy to the pub!

I live 8 miles from there so could point you to a couple of good places to eat or anything else.

Chris

Hi Linda

Just returned from a weekend at Delamere forest, we stayed on the camping a caravanning club site which is next door to the forest, it was nice with good showers, the forest was fab, my 3 and 4 yr old loved it, the Go Ape looked brilliant a bit too daring for my liking. We intend to go back next year, we were lucky with the weather it was nice.Loved the area too.
