Hehheh!
Ann, Is Sheffield in a different time zone ? Everybody else felt it at about 5 minutes TO one, not ten passed.Same here Lisa! Sheffield took a 'hit' at 1.10am!!! Apparently it could be felt as far afield as Aberdeen and Amsterdam!
Ann
Brian from Snalbins, glad I don't live there anymore! Although my family lived out in Colney Heath Lane, when it was a lane with the odd light.I felt it here in St Albans.
I live in Wiltshire and it moved for me! The other half wasn't even here let alone in the bed (he works nights). My first thought when I was woken by the bed shaking slightly and creaking was that someone had broken in but strangely our 2 dogs were silent. I did wonder if it had been an earthquake but dismissed this theory thinking in my half awake state that my imagination had gone into overdrive.......I was out driving when the earthquake started (gettgin my daughter to sleep at 1am) and didn't really notice it - what I did notice was that suddenly everyone's bedroom lights came on! it was most strange! It wasn;t until I got back home and people were out in the street that I knew what had happened!
Bloody kids hehehee
