It is illegal to eat mince pies on Christmas Day in the UK

In the UK it is illegal to be drunk on Licensed Premises (in a pub or bar)

Placing a postage stamp that bears the Queen (or King) upside down is considered treason in UK. Until very recently treason was still an offence punishable by death in the UK.

One of those strange laws - in UK its illegal for a boy under the age of ten to see a naked shop dummy.

Fishing on a Sunday ... In Scotland this is illegal. One of the reasons the law was originally brought in was religion. The Church feared that congregations would fall if fishing was allowed on Sundays

I don't know where you had seen this Info, but yes I knew of these Laws, I must have read them somewhere. as for being Drunk in a Pub that's why they can refuse to serve you and ask you to leave, I believe years ago you got thrown out, still do in some place's. have you noticed that in some shop windows naked Dummies have tissue paper draped over them.I think we were told at school about the postage stamp.Ans as for mince pies, I read that in a Christmas Magazine some years ago. STRANGE BUT TRUE.
