Will a freeview digi-box work in a caravan off the caravan's aerial? What would happen in a poor or medium reception area ?

In a poor reception area you would get poor reception

Sky on the other hand is usually very good.

If reception falls below a certain level you get nothing at all.Digital tv is either on or off-you don't get a poor picture ,the picture freezes and thats it I'm afraid.If reception is poor just use analogue tv -at least you get a picture of some kind.
