i decided to be a tad too clever this weekend. i have a lap top with very nice 15" wide screen , HD display, so i bought digital hd tv usb tuner... they only cost around £20.- and it will allow me to use my satellite rx as well.
The laptop also has a dvd player and i can connect to the internet.
So i left the dvd/hd telly at home.
Ha, ruddy,Ha. Here i am in Derbyshire where there is no digital tv signal and the usb will not receive analogue.
I left my satellite receiver in the kitchen at home, ive got the dish but no rx.
My vodafone internet dongle has packed up so im using my mobile phone as a wifi hot spot .
My kids forgot to bring any dvds.
the beer has run out..... ans swmbo has drunk all the wine.
We have restorted to talking to each other..well im taalking and she's slurring .... quite a strange experience that is.
Mind you, the kids are in bed and have not been fighting since.......7.0pm and its now just after 8.0pm.
