We are finally going to venture to Disneyland and was wondering if anyone knew of any good campsites near to the actual park (any contact details as well would be great so we could prebook). I have trawled the net but can't find any references to any sites!

Thanks

Vik

Berny Riviere (la croix du vieux pont) is a great site about an hours drive from Disneyland Paris. Campsite has its own website.

It's also open all year round - so you can 'do Disney' outside of peak season. Coaches run from the site to Disney, too, so you can leave your car behind! Great facilities on site. You can take your own van, or hire one from the site - and the toilet facilities are great. There's a restaurant on site serving familiar food, and prices are not bad. Reception staff are friendly and helpful - and speak English. There are lots of other British visitors.

We are going to Paris for a week at half term, leaving a week on Saturday. We are staying at camping Jablines: http://www.camping-jablines.com/

It is about 9kms from Disney. The week we are there is the last week they are open this year, not sure when you're wanting to go. When we get back I can let you know what the camp site is like.

We're planing on having 3 - 4 days at Disney and 3 days in Paris.

Hi Vik,

We stayed at Le Village Parisien which is about 25 mins from Disneyland. The site was OK and very handy for Disneyland but really only suited for a place to sleep as there is really nothing to do there.

Hi. You will be very lucky to find sites open in France at this time of year.

They generally close at the end of September - they seem to have a very short caravanning season over there.

We stayed at Camping de Soleil - in the Camping cheques book - in June.

Very nice site but as I say I think they will be shut.

Pam.
