Distribution like Adria alpina 663 ht

Hi here,
We are completely new and we just found this Adria Alpina 663 HT. Looks good, but the price is higher than the Baileys we saw and we don't understand why. Do you know other makes or caravans with the same layout? Is the first one we saw with the kitchen completely opposed to the bathroom and we like it a lot

Test kitchen layout at home. Try doing dishes without using bench on right side sink.

With the fridge, hob etc well in front of the axle, the nose weight on that caravan must be higher than 100kg? Adria caravans are normally very spartan, but solidly built and a lot heavier than most equivalent UK caravans.

We have a Adria Adora Seine. It's not laid out like the one your looking at. See link. They are solidly built. We'd had an Adria motorhome and opted for the same make of caravan. Not sure I would describe ours as spartan, it's very modern with clean lines.
