Do you use PayPal ? if so read the link below

It's worth reading and taking note, if you use PayPal to purchase things 😉

An ever-growing number of retailers now encourage customers to pay via PayPal, but if you’re doing it on a credit card – for items that cost £100+ – you’re missing out on valuable extra protection. That’s because using PayPal scuppers your Section 75 rights.

Thanks, Sir Sprocket, good advice.
I do use Pay Pal but only for relatively low value transactions with known suppliers - just easier than filling in all the card numbers each time, particularly as i have a habit of transposing digits. So far have never had to involve PP with any dispute, so cannot comment on how good or otherwise their back up is.

hi Ray, I have.
I bought a item through paypal but it never arrived, I contacted the seller, who said it had been sent and delivered.
I then asked for a tracking no to check with parcel force, but he refused, so I complained to PP the money was returned to my account within 3 days.
