Do you use Yellow pages?

Hi Brian.

Yellow pages.. mmm, maybe not.

Yell.com definitely.

Better than the likes of google in the respect of giving definite local answers instead of having to trawl thru' loads of codswallop to get your results.

Hope this helps to cut your costs!!

Yell.com all the way. Beware that you are asking on a computer based forum so all people here are relatively internet savvy.

Yell.com for me too.

But for my own entry I use the free system for both where you get a basic one line entry. It generates a couple of calls a year.

(Only trouble is I get pestered then to take out the full multi million pound ads with them, lol)

Hi Brian

I dont think I've ever used the actual book itself effectively. I feel the listings are never in the section you think they should be.

I would tend to either use Yell.com , Thomsons Local website or a search engine (i.e Google)

My view is that if a company doesn't (in this day and age) have a good informative user friendly website or can be fouund on T'internet they're behind the times and maybe not moving with customer demands enough.
