my husband seemed to remember hearing the new female dr who being announced last night, was he dreaming, who was it?
 
I do not think that there will be a female Doctor ..... however ..... in the 1st episode of the new series will be Sarah Lancashire (ex Coronation Street) and Catherine Tate.
