Does anyone else.................................

Does anyone else have a load of computer text between the very top of the new web page and the topic pages - all this in fact:

I do - and I don't like it because it seems to makes the page jerk around madly! My cursor is also slow to follow the typing speed - and catches up madly. When I scroll down the page it moves in jerky steps, rather than scrolling smoothly. Must be something to do with these new pages - it doesn't happen elsewhere! Perhaps I'll just spray it with some silicone toilet gasket spray and hope it helps it get things moving! (Silly icon thing, which I can't yet find on the website).
