dorema easy grip

i have just purchased a couple of 4 pack[with hex key] to upgrade my 2008 montana alloy frame to the easy grip system,could anybody tell me how to do it without taking everything apart[hooks/feet etc]it does appear very complicated,thanks in advance for any tips.

just an update folks,the dealer sent me the wrong size 25mm as opposed to 28mm[no wonder they did'nt fit]all sorted now.
