Does anyone own one of these bits of kit. I've seen a video on the caravn channel on it and it looks pretty good. Especially if you can cook the meals it says you can. Are they any good and are they better than just carrying your nromal pots and pans?

We also have a double skillet,we bought it when we had the motorhome, due to it having no oven.It does everything it says, well worth the money. We have the large one and use it instead of ordinary saucepans and frying pans.

HI they are everything what they say , we have owned one for several years, the only thing you must remember not to cook at to high heat. Tony
I agree with the comment about not using the double skillet on too high a heat. It gives out a terible smell if you do.

I bought the double skillet and have used it twice unsuccessfully. I have used it on the gas hob at home. I may have been doing it at too high a heat as the amount of smoke it generated whether I lightly oiled the skillet - or on my second attempt lightly oiled the food - was unbelievable. Couldn't even see across the kitchen so I have resigned it to the garden for the BBQ. I thought on the instructions it said ensure it was very hot before cooking which I did, I shall try it again as you suggest. Thanks for that tip.

My wife uses it extensively. She cooks meat and veg, scones, bread and butter pudding etc. Brilliant but I now have to go to the gym to work out, ready for our next trip!

Enjoy
