Thanks Guys. Just bought one, as sick of tugging at draught skirt as it sags around the wheel or sticking the suckers back on to secure the top bit. I'll let you know how it goes. simple idea really.

Bought one a few months ago, works as in the video, a great bit of kit.
However not sure how long they will be available because its very easy to copy and make one yourself.
 
I think I will keep the £28 in my pocket as we have no issues with draughts. We have a skirt inverted over the wheel area and held in place with some Velcro strips which cost us about £2!
