Dried on hard resin

Are there any suggestions for removing hard set resin from paintwork and windows on my caravan? I am baffled about how to remove them as I have tried many different household cleaners, meths etc.

Try WD40 - works well on fairly new resin, takes longer on old. Try shaving off surplus first.
