Dropped corner steady

For some reason my message hasn't appeared so I'll try again!
The corner steady on our 5yr old Compass van appears to have dropped, so the winder hole is no longer level with the nut the winder attaches to. Having looked under the van it seems that the floor is not level at this point. Can anyone please tell me why this has happened and what we need to do to sort the problem out.

Well i have had a look & can't quite make out the problem so.
Can you take & post a photo so that we can also see what has happened,
as there could be a simple explanation........
