Got a few issues,
1) High level stoplight works/it dont work as it feels like.
2) Reverse lights not working where to check wiring connections other than the plug/socket connection and bulbs.
3) No water to taps etc, yet barrel is full and pump can be heard running.

The lighting issue could be any number of things. Break out your multi meter and work backwards from the car to caravan connection to identify where/if the power stops. For the reversing lights, provided the other lights function correctly its probably an iffy connection on the light unit, or corrosion on the bulb contacts. That's the first thing I would check. I assume you have reversing lights on your car, if not there is nothing to power tge caravanscreversing lights.
High level brake light is probably corroded contacts on the bulb (or a blown bulb of course)

Ref the water issue have you purged the air out of the pipes and water heater? Open a tap with the pump running, is there a spluttering? If so just wait until water comes out in a constant flow, then do the same with the other taps (and the shower)

Agree with Mr Plodd on lights.
Re water if t is an external pump in the aqua roll switch off, remove pump from aqua roll and from caravan inlet connector, , insert pump into aqua roll then connect pump supply connector to caravan. this helps purge air from pump pipework. Switch on pump.

Also regarding the water, check that the filters on the tap ends are not blocked with limescale.
