Any one know of dealers offering or able to do NICEIC Periodic Test certs fo 240vts electrics

Every NCC Approved Workshop is able to provide PIR's

Wayne where abouts in the country are you? I am niceic registed and could do it for you if local.Much cheaper to use your local niceic electrician than a NCC workshop as the times quoted for a PIR by these workshops in my opinion is excesive.
