Electrical settings

I have just purchased a new Bailey Senator, which has a tracker system. Could anyone tell me what settings I use to ensure the tracker feeds from my 12v battery when I am not on mains electrics. Do I turn the mains switch and MCBs off as I do when I am travelling or do I leave them switched on. This becomes important during the winter when I do not have electrics in my storage area. I look forward to anyones advice.

Peter,

As you have just purchased your new caravan, i assume no instructions regarding the Tracker came with the caravan. I would therefore give your Bailey dealer a phone call and ask the service manager or salesman to answer your question. They should have gone through the Tracker system with you at the handover.

Hi Peter a word of advice, the battery will drain in about 3 months or maybe a little more. So you need to think about charging it over the winter.

Hi Peter

I have an Abbey which is fitted with a Phantom tracker.

When I leave the caravan in storage I switch everything off and the tracker remains connected through the alarm.
