email - am I missing something?

Is it possible to email or message other Forum members directly?

Member profiles have the ability to allow or deny incoming emails but I can't see how I can email other members.

I've done a forum search on "email" but found nothing useful.

I believe you have to email the Moderator and ask if he can pass your email addy onto the member you need to contact.
