Hi

I fitted an Enduro to my caravan. Iam happy with its performance it does everything the manufactures claim. Its easy to fit, and easy to apply as it relies on bevel gears rather than spring loaded cams. The rollers are made of alloy rather than grit and make short work of stones caught in the tyre treads. I also foud Purple Line to be very helpful they replaced a faulty actuator handle within three days. Overall a well engineered bit of kit. If you get a price for an Enduro Powr Touch will prich match. I tried them before I bought the Enduro but they quoted me nearly a grand for their unit however the have had a change of heart lately.

The Enduro mover is so new on the market that comparisons cannot be drawn on its longevity as of yet.

However, spares are almost impossible to obtain at the moment, whether or not that changes in time, who knows.

More imortantly,I have just received some distrbing facts regarding the operation of the Enduro as follows:

1.They are NOT suitable for Twin Axle vans.

2. The Enduro is ONLY suitable for circa 1700kg on Flat, Level ground.

This falls to 1400kg with a 20% incline and over gravel, dropped kerb or adverse camber it reduces to 1200kg.

Make what you will of that information, but at the end of the day, its your money, your choice. Dont make the wrong one!

Hi

Disturbing?

if you visit Puple lines web site it says the enduro is NOT suitible for twin axles. Secondy it states the Enduro is suiable for caravans up to 1800kg on the flat and up to 1450 kg on a slope of 20%. Thirdly I have experience of spares and repeat a spare part arived for my Enduro within thre days or reporting. I agree the mover is an unknown quantity as no yet has had time fully test them however as an engineer of over 35 years experience I am sure after the two year warranty is up I can fix any problem which comes along. After all a motor mover is hardly rocket science
