This has been the case since they were introduced, apart from things like actuator bars.
As it stands at the moment, if you call an engineer, he decides what is wrong, then he has to BUY the part, change it, send the old part back to Enduro, who then decide if it is faulty.
If they decide it is not covered, the engineer has to foot the bill.
Now you know why they sell them so cheaply.
No problems with Powrtouch however, their guarantee is exceptional, as is their whole operation.
