Having recently taken delivery of a new Sterling Elite Onyx, the dealer had undertaken to transfer our Model 3 Powerwheel Mover from our previous Van. They reported a problem with the main module. Powerwheel supplied a replacement under warranty to the dealership, but after I informed them that the van was on our drive at home, they (Simon) arranged for a fitter to attend the same day. It transpired that the module was not faulty, but that the mover had been wired incorrectly, and was soon rectified by the fitter.

Last year on Holiday in Scotland (Banchory CC Site), on leaving the Powerwheel rollers were damaged by stone chippings cracking the friction coating on the rollers. We spent a number of days at Berwick On Tweed cc site on our way home, during which I contacted Powerwheel. They supplied replacement Alloy Rollers to a local fitter, and within two days of arriving home the damaged rollers were replaced. No wonder Powerwheel are highly recommended for their After-Sales Service. They are a shining example of Good Customer Care, so often lacking today.

Really glad to read how happy you are with Powrwheel - we've just had a Powrtouch 3 mover fitted! Absolutely spot-on company to deal with in our experience too - and British too!

Nice to read about another British company that gives it's customers excellent service, not just at the point of sale, but continuing and after sales commitment.

We have just ordered the brand new Powrtouch 'Innovation' mover, which is due to be released anytime, but meanwhile they have offered to fit a heavy duty 3 mover, until the Innovation becomes available and will get their engineer to return and fit the 'Innovation' mover, free of charge at our home as soon as it becomes available. We phoned to accept their offer and within half an hour of our call, their local engineer was on the phone to us, arranging a date to fit the Heavy Duty 3 at our home. Powrtouch have also confirmed that should the 'Innovation' mover cost less than the Heavy Duty 3, they will refund us the difference.

What a company!

Bit of an update on the innovation mover - latest news is that it may not be available until mid summer, so Powerwheel are advising to have the Powrtouch mover fitted and then thet will change movers when the innivation is available.

As Meals on Wheels said, a great company to deal with.
