Hi Andy,

Problem with replacement windows, yes another one!

I've got a Corniche 19/4(2009 model)with one broken window and one scratched internally. Its been approximately 12 weeks since these were reported to the dealer and every time I ask for an update I keep getting the same excuse about the number of outstanding orders throughout the UK. I know there have been issues with replacement windows but surely there must have been some progress.

Is there still an issue or is my dealer giving me the run around?

I am also awaiting a replacement for the shower door magnetic strip which peeled off within weeks of receiving the caravan. Is this an issue on other vans?
 
Hi Ian,

12 weeks does sound particularly long to obtain replacement windows, but if you can drop me an e-mail with your details (including chassis number and dealer name), I can look into this.

However, as we are now on our Christmas break, I do not think we will be able to update you until the New Year.
