Failed water system

Why does the water system fail in my Bailey Unicorn Vigo (2022) when I filll the toilet flush tank? Previously working normally, but first occurrence it burnt out the 5 amp fuse, second time the domestic water pump runs and will not switch off. Both times the problem occurs shortly after filling the flush tank.
Would be grateful for any advice.

Once the water level in the flush tank gets lower does fuse hold OK without blowing. If so looks as though could be damp on circuit board when water level high. If this is the reason I would remove the circuit board and dry with a hair dryer and then waterproof it spraying with a printed circuit board laquer,

I would suggest its more like the toilet pump being water logged ( rubber seal failure in impeller shaft on motor) and when the flush tank is filled the motor takes more than 10 amps ( 5A fuse do not blow at 5A)
