Hi All

Seems to have very good reviews,am I right ALL the pitches are fully serviced?? also is it quite welcoming to families!? Thanks in advance

Fallbarrow? know it well. Used to go a lot until the speed limit came into force on the Lake. All ptches are concrete base with gravel awning spaces, fully serviced, water, electric, foul drain and waste water. Even got tele ariel point.

Make sure they know how big your van is when you book some of the pithces are quite short. Pitch 42 is about the biggest.

Quite a nice pub on site serving pub type food but the nearness to Bowness means you can stroll to many nice places in no time at all. I particularly like the Tapas bar "Sol Bodega" and the "Hole in the Wall" for a cool beer

Thanks knew I could rely on your local knowledge !! I know I am dim but this will be an all girls holiday,whats the difference with foul drain and waste water drain !?? dont want to get told off !!(hope everyone well)

Foul drain is where you could empty the loo if you did not fancy going across to the toilet block. Waste is just for the stuff that comes from the sink od shower. All girls eh, when is this then so I know what weekend to avoid (only kidding). You must get to the Sol Bodega and even if you are not a beer drinker try a glass of "Kwak" but be careful its strong but definatly worth the experience. Have you sorted your table?

LOL ! Well its me and a friend and her two girls and me an my two little uns,so needless to say plenty of wine going as we will be stuck when they all go to bed !!!! You were right about the service pitch though, other half thought he had gone to heaven when we went to stanwix(great place)! will be booking fallbarrow then as no toilet run either ! bliss ! someone is going to make me a lightweight table,its a pretty close match clour wise and costing

Forgot to mention, Fallbarrow do not allow cycling on site so dont take the kids bikes.
