Fantastic Service

JonnyV posted a couple of days ago a post entitled 'Light Fingered B's' with respect to having items stolen from his caravan. I posted a reply saying I too had only last weekend had my aquaroll handle stolen from a site in the Lake District and had to reder a new one.

I ordered a new handle at 8:04 yesterday morning (19/04/11) and it arrived today (20/04/11). Well done Aquaroll and their trading company of F L Hitchman. Excellent service.

Its so nice to see a post that is actually positive in nature rather than the doom and gloom and tales of woe that normally gets posted on forums.

Can i hijack the thread and also mention some good caravan related service i received at the weekend.

I needed 2 tyres for my van as i had incorrect ones fitted (blame my dad the previous owner). Option A was to take the wheels off myself and find a tyre fitter, or call a mobile tyre fitter to do it. A quick search of the net and E tyres were there the next day with the correct size 165 13 94 tyres fitted and balanced in the storage compound without me having to scrap a knuckle. For my area, North east it was the first day of this areas franchise.

Not only that but when i asked him about the rear wheels on my Audi being a bit out of balance he had them whipped off (they were virtually welded on so 20 minutes of rubber mallet later) he balaced both back wheels for free and wouldnt take any money.

It was nice to use a company that went the extra mile to make their customer happy.
