Danny I have in no way been offended by any comment you have made - life is too short to take umbridge. Live and let live. As far as Lord B. is concerned am I am having a rest when he is attacking you. I would also agree with you that the use of the welsh language in front of non Welsh speaking people is rude in general circumstances. However there are times when the language is used as the Mother tongue i eisteffordds, chapel services, etc. In these instances the tradition of Welsh is being honoured.
