I find that checking the parchment by the light of the sputtering candle usually shows any errors I can correct with the quill, before submission.

Still have to figure out how you make a wax seal on the Web though.

Don't worry if you make a mistake Chris, we all do and there are no prizes for spelling or grammar on this website.

As long as you don't post in that awful hard to read 'text speak'

it doesn't matter, you can always add another post if you get facts wrong.

My friends are right about the antiquated software but I'm sure that Steve W and Scotch Lad will admit that because it is so old it does have a certain quirky charm.

What l do for long posts is use word, use the spell check and delete when necessary, before posting, then cut and paste. Simple write your message highlight message use control C to cut and to paste control V.
