FAO - Sir Tainly Barkin

Sir Tainly Barkin, is that your Hillman Minx in the picture? I must admit it looks a very nice example, I had a 1954 saloon up until recently. I now have a 1965 Hillman Minx series 6, 1966 Singer Gazelle series 6 & a 1966 Sunbeam Alpine series 5. Onlt the Minx is roadworthy at the moment but one day.........

Are you a member of the Hillman owners forum....?

Chris.

My first car was a Hillman Minx S3. Column change and front bench seat which was ideal for courting

although by then we were married

It had creamy white/light blue two tone paintwork and I still remember the registration .... SCJ209.
We bought it off my wifes grandmother.
