We have a new sterling Europa 530 and when opening the front locker on arriving on our last trip this hinge had collapsed into the locker broken from the top screwed in part. This meant that the hydraulic bit wouldn't close again. We couldn't find all the screws that had all came out but found 3. My husband has a mini tool kit with us and there were screws there of the same length. We had to screw the hinge back on and this has created holes on the inside of the van at the windowsill. I am so annoyed that this hinge which looks so heavy duty is actually not held on by anything other than the windowsill wood. Is this correct or is our van missing something? The van has only been out about 5 times and no more than 50 miles a time shouldn't think this should loosen this so much and so therefore wasn't fixed on properly to start with. Obvioulsy we have caused the holes inside the van ourselves but is this included under warranty as we wouldn't have been able to tow van home with an open locker or leave it open when we were on site. Thanks
