Anyone got one ? New to caravanning and hubby wants to get one of these as opposed to sunncamp ultima porch awning, I'm not keen - seem very tricky to erect (and pricey!). Any advice would be much appreciated. Caravan we have is Bailey Pageant Bretagne 6 berth 2005. We'll only be doing weekend/long weekends in 2010.

Many thanks

Pauline

We have a 3.6m Zip model and find it excellent. The canopy can be rolled out and secured in less than 5 minutes allowing the sides to be attached under cover (mostly). I can assemble ours in around 1/2 hour.

The big advantage is that it can be put away when wet. Recommended. Mike

We have the 3.6m Zip too, easy to erect, ideal for touring. We use it all the time.

We have found that, if well secured, it is much sturdier than Fiamma make out! Ours has stood up to some pretty strong winds.

Afternoon Polly,

Dito, same as SBS and Jennifer. I have the awning on the door side and the Sun Canopy on the otherside.

Thanks

Rob.

We have the Omnistor with Safari Room on the door side and the Caravanstor Zip with sides on the offside(the shed)

Biggest problem with both is condensation on the inside

We've had one for 3 years - FANTASTIC! Now got a hotorhone though so now planning to sell it :-(
If you are looking to sell, can you tell me what size, condition, price etc and of course your location - we're in Scotland - we may be interested in buying.

Many thanks

Pauline
