First Caravan Holiday

Despite having a "1" added to my name I have managed to log back into the new website.

I have just been scanning some of my old slides into my computer and I came upon a photo taken on my first caravan holiday in the early 1970's. I am hoping that I can show it here. My car was an Austin Cambridge estate automatic and the van was hired from Michael Jordan who went on to create one of the largest caravan outlets in the South east of England.

Sorry, I have tried everything but cannot find how to attach my photo. Help required.

When you click on the post photo link (

) 😛
up pops this

You need to delete this part of the Url that has the http/ 😉

Then post from photobucket as before otherwise it puts the http/ part in twice & it wont work :dry:

Nice photo Henry. Looks like every camp site I stayed on in the 1970s. No neat mown marked pitches then. I was a teenager and, my parents had an orange and blue MFI frame tent. Anyone remember them? (the tent not my parents)
