Hi
Its really not that hard to the job yourself,Two tins of glue and a syringe.two ways of doing the job, one from underneath and the other inside,i prefer the later,if you want to replace the van carpet this is your change,Take the carpet up around the soft area of the floor or all of it if you want to replace,The floor is made up of two pieces of ply with the filler going into the middle,Drill 8mm holes (NO bigger)on the delam floor about four to six inches apart in the shape of a diamond, only drill through the top layer.do not drill through the lower layer.but if you do you will have to plug the lower hole otherwise the glue will come through, after drilling the holes, i drillled over ninty in all,go underneath the van and duck tape the whole area then underseal over the duck tape, this is an added protection, then support the floor from the ground useing planks of wood,This allows the floor not to sag while its drying, keep the van well ventilated wear gloves and a mask if you wish to do so.now empty half of both tins in an old container and mix by stiring, then using the syringe by pumping it in one hole till it comes up the next, after you have filled say six or so holes you then plug it with 8mm dowls,8mm is the correct size as they are 8 mm by one inch witch is the floor thickness,Dont make the mistake i made and get 10 mm as they are to big and i had to cut them all, while you are doing the job have someone underneath the van to see none of the glue is coming through.when its all done you can then smooth the rough areas off inside the floor and then after a couple of days you can then relay your old or new carpet,The dealer wanted
