floor dropped?

Hi, We have a corona 524 we bought from mendip caravans 11 months ago. The back half rear side bunk and bathroom the floor has noticably dropped by about an inch. prefer imperial measurements.

We already have issues with Discover leisure regarding a privacy curtain bunk that has been ordered 11 months ago on warranty and to date not arrived. Numerous phone calls still no curtain. Also cracking on rear of van around handle should have spray over according to Mike from Mendip. Discover leisure say not covered by warranty. (Mendip Caravans bought out by Discover Leisure)

Where do we stand with this new issue?

First thing is how did you pay for your caravan,if you used a credit card then you can get in touch with them[your credit card company] and explain to them what has happened,find out who supplied the warranty its possible and more likely to be an insurance company,and lastly get in touch with your local trading standards office and see what they have to say

update. discover leisure are complying with warranty. We have an assessor calling on Friday. As for other issues am waiting for an update.
