flys inside glass

pick your brains and help plz!how do you remove flys that are dead and trapped between the double glazed windows,and how can i remove slight scratches from my windows

Scratches: use t-cut

Fly: tie a piece of cotton onto a spiders leg and poke it in the window; when it eats the fly, simply pull it back out with the cotton.

i had also tried fishing for them but just couldnt get any on my fly rod
