The Financial Mail on Sunday has an e-petition asking the government to allow all Isa savers to put the FULL Isa allowance of £11,280 into a Cash Isa, instead of the ruling that only £5,640 can be put into a Cash Isa, with the rest of the allowance having to go into a Stocks & Shares Isa, or it is lost.
