For The Attention of Parksy

Parksy I am very sorry If you found my comment offensive in anyway in the caravan cleaning thread (Equip and Acc) ,I can assure you it wasnt meant to be offensive in anyway.

Once again I apologise .I always find comments on this Forum very helpful and would hope some of my comments would be taken light heartedly as they are meant to be .

BORAX 1964 I left school and went to work for British Timken

and we had BORAX soap there

Hi Sir Roger F.F.Smyth

No need to apologise Sir Rog, I didn't take offence.

My 'Borax' reply was tongue in cheek, Borax had a small factory in Tipton in the 1950s and as small boys we would be fascinated to watch the part time firemen run across the road from the Borax factory to the fire station and it's gleaming fire engine with the open cab when the 'fire bull' sounded.

I took the opportunity to put the record straight because some members might have formed the wrong impression.

I still use Fenwicks, Muc Off is good but more expensive and I'm sure that others have had good results using different caravan cleaning products.

Thank you Parksy I feel much better now .

I should post this elsewhere really but I also have some caravan cleaner from Aldi and its brilliant.

I like you have tried the most of them and now we have a brand new van I suppose I shall go around them again

Sir Roger
