We are planning a long weekend here in the next few weeks. Can anyone tell me what the disabled shower facilities are like?

Also does anyone have any recommendations of places to eat in the evening? (I believe that "self catering" can be "no catering") We're not looking for anything really fancy just good food at a reasonable cost.

We were up at Glenmore last year and are going again in May. I haven't used the disabled facillities but new toilet blocks were installed recently and the ordinary ones were one of the best I have used.

As for food there are lots of places in Aviemore just a short car ride away. Hope you enjoy your stay.
 
Thanks Helen, we've not stayed there before although it looks idyllic when you pass on the road. Trip might be on hold though as our oven blew up this morning!!
