I'm new here so forgive me if i have this wrong
smiley-embarassed.gif

In the forums i have just done a search for 'magnum' which returns 9 pages of results. If you go to page 3 and come down to result heading "bradcot awning" it shows there are 20 comments but when you click into this result only 7 comments are shown

Is this normal ?

Thanks

Hi Nina
Welcome to the forum
The forum has recently been revamped and although the technical staff have done their best to include everything in the search facility one or two topics failed to appear completely.
If you have a question or want to find out information about Bradcot awnings it might be better to start a topic in the Equipment & Accessories section to receive answers or information which may be more complete.

No, i wanted information on Isabella Magnum awnings and instead of posting a new topic i thought it would be more efficient to look into previous postings

Do you know if this problem with searches is going to fixed? no problem if not

Thanks

It's hard to say whether this particlular problem will be fixed anytime soon Nina, the Haymarket web technicians have a burgeoning 'to do' list which includes many fixes which stem from the newness of the website but they are extremely busy and have many other projects on the go.
It's still worth asking other members for information, every new topic unearths one or two pearls of wisdom and I'm sure that they would like to help.
Not many of our regulars look down here into the 'Our Website' section so the best place to ask about awnings is the 'Equipment and Accessories' section.
Think of us as a kind of cyber Grace Brothers but with caravans. We're down here in the basement right now but if you jump onto the lift up to 'Accessories and Equipment' bypassing the rickety old stock in the 'Search' department somebody is sure to shout 'I'm free'

NinaNina - your post is there - they just take a while to appear in the 'latest posts' list! Parksy does right to describe the Forum as a sort of Grace Brothers! The lift is very slow and cranky and takes time to get there - but it does eventually.

No Sue, JD is our cyber Captain Peackock, he has a wander round now and again to dust off the stock with his silk handkerchief and he's so dedicated to the job that he hasn't got time for pretty nurses.
Young Mr Grace has to be the 'suit' from Haymarket who posted on here a few weeks ago. We know that he's around somewhere but nobody has seen him since

Ah! Well, his silk hanky needs another swish about......we're still awaiting the long-promised 'read last posts' button, amongst other things. Perhaps it will be our Christmas present..........

The Christmas stock is being displayed in the confectionary dept otherwise known as Chit Chat. Quite close to the humbug counter, you can't miss it
