free standing table

hi all , hope we all enjoyed the bank holiday , but i am flummoxed by the free standing table in my new eccles quartz, it has two press studs underneath the table top ......... but why , i can find no use for them , any ideas folks ???

Does the table stow away in a cupboard anywhere, I had an abbey that when stowed there were two straps in the cupboard which connected to the studs to keep it secure. hope it helps,

yes it fits into a cupboard but it has a plastic turn lock to keep it in place .... im stumped but thanks gagakev

I had the same thought as kev; we had a strap and press stud arrangement to hold a table in a cupboard.

The table in our Lunar has both a turn buckle and a strap with press stud.
