Freezing fridge ?

Hi guys, I have noticed this weekend that my thetford fridge is freezing, food going solid, etc.. I have it on electric on lowest setting! I will add a picture , any help on this issue would be gratefully appreciated!
 
I had the same problem on a Dometic fridge and a new Bailey Brindisi. The thermostat/ gas valve was replaced. Has been fine since.
