French Autoroute Tolls - Downloadable brochure of prices

Whilst browsing the French autoroute website in preparation for our holiday, I found a downloadable brochure of tolls on various sections of the autoroutes, broken down into vehicle categories, so you can see at a glance exactly what the tolls for each section will be for either a solo car, car and caravan, etc.

Thanks for that Val, Im sure we'll find it useful for our trip down to Chef Boutonne this year.

As a resident of France, I too find this useful. But, how shockingly expensive they are! And, to add insult to injury, having paid for the privilege of using them, the cost of fuel on the Autoroutes is grossly inflated! We only use them 'in extremis'. I find the old Routes Nationales almost as fast if I'm towing and there's always a supermarket around where I can fill up at reasonable cost. Best of all, you will often find a Routier restaurant on the old Nationales where you can park easily, eat well and still be left with change out of €15 inc wine! Just look out for their large carparks littered with trucks and workmens' vans.

I'd like to thank you too, Val. This will be a useful guide to where it is economic to use Autoroutes and where we are better off using Routes Nationales. It also means that we have an idea of the cost before we get to the peage! Much appreciated.

Jo
